Use building=mosque for a Muslim place of worship buildings.

The whole area or campus, containing the mosque, grave yard, buildings for staff residence or education, bell towers, workshops, etc. can be tagged landuse=religious + religion=muslim.

How to map

Draw as an area along the building outline. In cases where it is impossible one may set a node instead. Tag it with building=mosque.
