A Meat Processor, Deer Processor, or Craft Butcher is a business where a hunter or animal owner can take a carcass to be processed into meat or other products. The processing is done on a small scale, usually only 1-2 animals at a time.
This is distinct from a butcher. The business does not sell cuts of meat; it generally only provides the processing service on request with a provided animal.
