Create a node. Apply the tags shop=car, shop=tyres, or shop=car_repair, or other. Add the tag service:vehicle:tyres_repair=yes.
This tag can also be used to denote that a shop sells tyres, but does not fix tyres. Use service:vehicle:tyres_repair=noin combination with shop=tyres or service:vehicle:tyres=yes
