A public place to fill a bottle with drinking water. The ability to refill a bottle with water for drinking is done by directly placing the vessel under a public drinking water dispenser or filling the bidon with water from a specially constructed fountain for this purpose.

Unlike amenity=vending_machine + vending=water, the ability to fill a vessel is extremely simple.
