After more consideration, using a guidepost for something that doesn't show destination conflict with the definition usage of information=guidepost I changed my tagging but still don't know what is best : maybe better use something with symbol=* + support=pole ?

The tag guidepost=simple is a specific type of information=guidepost (or more rarely of information=route_marker)

guidepost=simple	For simple guidepost only consisting of a support with either a trail mark or an arrow (without text or distances). Support can be a man made pole, tree, wall, natural rock or other support, and can be additionally specified with support=*.
