A  sauna is a small room or house designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat sessions, or an establishment with one or more of these and auxiliary facilities.

How to map

Set a node at the center of the sauna or draw an area along its outline.

Tag it as leisure=sauna.

  • name=* - name of the sauna (or noname=yes if it has no name)
  • Address
  • opening_hours=* - might be useful for public saunas.

  • female=yes - female-only or segregated sauna

  • unisex=yes - unisex sauna
  • access=yes - for public saunas where you pay a entry fee (or free in rare cases) to visit (default)
