company=* may be used in combination with office=company to specify which  Company type it is. There's currently no clear distinction from industrial=*. For example how to tag an office of a industrial=slaughterhouse and whether to combine it with butcher=* seafood;fish;beef;lamb;game. Consider to use a namespace company:type=* instead as there are also values such as company:size, company:startup, company:status, see taginfo. The suffix *:type is already widely used.
