Dietary requirements
Vegetarian and vegan food was previously indicated using the cuisine key, but that practice has now been replaced by the more comprehensive diet=* key.
Semantic issues
cuisine=indian;vegetarian - is it place with various vegetarian cuisine and various indian cuisine? Or is it place with vegetarian indian cuisine?
This case can be handled by using diet:vegetarian=*, by making it more clear:
cuisine=seafood;regional - is it place where focused on a regional seafood? Or is it place with regional dishes and various seafood?
cuisine=chinese;japanese - is more clear as this can be interpreted only in one way
