Motorcycle

Tags

Some tags use the format "motorcycle:<subtag>=yes/no".

The traditional method is to use simple tags such as service=yes/no, rental=yes/no, repair=yes/no, parts=yes/no, etc. But in case of shops such as shop=rental, shop=car and others offering services for different vehicles it is then necessary to use a semi-colon separated list of values: for example amenity=hotel + rental=motorcycle;bicycle. Alternately, the rental facility could be mapped separately from the hotel object.

Motorcycle shops

Used to specify which services are offered by motorcyle-related shops, for example a shop=motorcycle, shop=rental or shop=clothes.

There are shops which sell clothes & accessories, but do not sell or service motorcycles, for example brand=Louis Motorrad. Some other motorcyle shops offer only repair and other services but do not sell motorcycles (and probably some other *:services).
