I live in Gothenburg. Love open data and just recently found the OSM project and made my first edit in June 2021. To eclipse other geo databases I believe OSM has to provide something unique. My gift to the community will be detailed micro-mapping of my city.

If I'm doing something wrong I'd love to be contacted and corrected.

Objects I intend to add in Gothenburg

I intend to add many objects in the database. Below is a list of what I'm working on in the city.

Landcover of Gothenburg archipelago

I've begun the project of detailed mapping of the landcover of the islands of the Gothenburg archipelago. A rough estimate is about 20k nodes per larger uninhabited island (around 50 or so), a lot less for the small ones and a lot more for inhabited ones. The map to the right shows a few island, mapped ti the extent I intend for the rest of the archipelago.
