Used to map features for downhill mountain biking as a sport or leisurely pastime, on dedicated infrastructure mostly: Banked curves, constructed drops, jumps, &c.
How to map
Since mtb:type=downhill is a non-physical tag, it should be combined with other top-level tags.
Downhill trail/track
Used on ways tagged with highway=* that belong to the general path or forest track network.
See Mountain biking.
For a dedicated downhill track which is not part of the general path or forest track network, use leisure=track + sport=mtb + mtb:type=downhill.
Downhill MTB route
Used on relation tagged with type=route + route=mtb.

shop=bicycle- A store where you can buy and/or repair your bike and buy accessories.shop=sports- A shop selling sports equipment and clothing.leisure=sports_centre- A distinct facility where multiple sports take place within an enclosed area (multiple outdoor or/and indoor pitches or tracks).
landuse=winter_sports- An area dedicated to winter sports (e.g. skiing). Outside the ski season, the resort can be used for mountain biking.
