Special tags, keys and values explained here

OSM of course allows everyone to change keys, values, nodes, boundaries but ONLY following the basic principles of good conduct, in short:"don't touch OSM data reflecting official data, unless you know what you're doing!"

I reiterate, all data from the city entered on OSM is filtered from private data to comply with the "Republic Act 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012"[2]

source Baguio City Assessor's Office This is official data that comes from the Assessor Office which originates from the DENR
source Baguio City Engineering Office This is official data that comes from the City Engineering Office
source baguio city management information and technology division This is official data that is hosted on the servers at the city hall from the Management Information and Technology Division of the City Mayor's Office [1]
source rtk;.... office This means the GNSS location of the nodes/ways/polygons is derived from the rtk corrected orthographic images and the data itself from the corresponding office. Please not the accuracy tag for rtk sourced data.
note:adopting * This note we use at the city to reflect keys which are on the wiki as proposal and suit our needs. This way we keep track of data should a proposal be adopted, rejected, altered, changed then we have a clear list and track-record of all nodes/ways/polygons that need to be adjusted.
note:baguio_ceo * These are notes to objects:'streets, street surfaces, smoothness, etc that reflect the physical reality on the ground, but not necessarily having a specific tag/key nor a proposal nor do we feel our task to come up with one, we'll patiently wait for the community for that - and just for the time being put it in a note"
accuracy 0.05 This is the accuracy of our RTK corrected orthographic images hosted on our own Geoserver used for OSM mapping
