Ta strona jest próbą wyszczególnienia wszystkich tagów które mają związek ze zmianę kierunku. Gdy wymienione znaczniki są obecne na drodze, należy zachować ostrożność podczas odwracania ich kierunku.

Wszystkie linie na OpenStreetMap mają kierunki powiązane z nimi, ponieważ są one reprezentowane jako "uporządkowana" sekwencja węzłów. Relacje uporządkowały kolekcje innych obiektów od czasu API 0.6, ponieważ mogą one zawierać linie (które same są uporządkowane), one również mogą być wrażliwe na odwrócenie linii w nich.
