BS Bristol
BS35 Thornbury Small town in South Gloucestershire, north of Bristol. The town and surrounding area is pretty well mapped now, just adding footpaths; the map is live here, on the Thornbury community website, with an OSM puff-piece page.
CB1-CB5 Cambridge
100% 100% Systematic mapping of Cambridge between October 2006 and January 2007 means the City is now complete to the level of street names, all cycleways, key footpaths, and civic features (parks, commons, schools, churches, post offices). Cambridge page includes progress for South Cambridgeshire villages.

Greater London coverage is a bit patchy, with parts of SW London and N London looking more complete than the rest.

London mapping should be greatly helped by the Yahoo! Aerial Imagery

Also reasonable coverage of roads between Blackpool and Kirkham. Having difficulty with road classifications. SE6 Catford
95+% 95+% 95+% Catford in Lewisham, London. Including wards of Rushey Green, Catford South, Bellingham and half of whitefoot. Each ward appx 14,000 inhabitants therefore around 49,000 inhabitants.
SK23 Chapel-en-le-Frith(1),Whaley Bridge(2),Chinley(3) and Buxworth(4)
100%(1), 100%(2), 100%(3), 100%(4) 100%(1), 100%(2), 100%(3), 100%(4) 100%(1), 100%(2), 100%(3), 100%(4) Chapel-en-le-Frith and Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire, lie on the A6 trunk road between Buxton and Stockport. Chapel is a market town of about 6,000 people. Completed mapping in March 2007. Neighbouring town Whaley Bridge also enclosed by the A6 bypass (and the starting point of the Peak Forest Canal) completed, plus other nearby villages, notably Chinley and Buxworth. --David.earl

SO Southampton All classified roads done, I believe. Most through unclassified (highway=unclassified) roads are also done, though some are missing in the western areas like Millbrook and Shirley. Residential roads mostly done in the area bounded by The Avenue, Burgess Road, the A27 and West End Road, except Townhill Park (partial coverage only). Almost all roads are ways with name and highway tags; very few unwayed segments.
SO32 Hedge End & Botley
Botley is complete bar a few footpaths, In Hedge End, all of the major roads are done, just needs residential streets and all the closes mapping.
SR Sunderland Most major routes done, work on B roads progressing.
